friendly service breakfast buffet quick service maintained gardens
the staff provided friendly service . the breakfast buffet was varied, offering many choices. i particularly appreciated the quick service and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction. the hotel gardens are also a standout feature, very well maintained, with a beautiful space for relaxation.
i noticed some minor wear on the carpets in the corridor leading to my room.

understaffed and a few cleanliness issues
slow bar service missing shower curtain
the location was perfect, just outside of town and quiet.
the bar service was very slow, and the barman seemed inexperienced. he got our food order wrong and gave us incorrect closing times for the kitchen. additionally, i found a black hair in my baked beans at breakfast, quite off-putting. a shower curtain was also missing, this resulted in water everywhere.

breakfast WAS excellent. location was excellent for what i needed.
the accessible room was INADEQUATE. it was too small, especially the wet room. the toilet was also TOO low.

I appreciated the free parking and warm rooms. It. the staff was helpful and attentive, particularly the bar and dining staff. i especially liked that the rooms were clean. the breakfast was good too and there was a nice view of the bridge from the room.
The gym looked a little untidy. I wish it was more organized.

the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional . the team worked hard to, even remembering my drink order. brian, allayne, and maria provided really good service. the reception staff was very apologetic about an issue.

Free parking is available , very convenient. there is a decking area overlooking the humber bridge and river. Though the cushions should be brought in at night. the bar area has plenty of seating.

The location was very close to all parts. It made it easy to get around. the views over the humber formed the background to the wedding ceremony. i could walk to the foreshore, though taxis were a bit hit and miss.

ferry terminal lovely grounds helpful staff
i found it quite convenient for travelling to the ferry terminal. the grounds seemed pretty. the humber bridge view was a good sight from my room. staff was pleasant and helpful.
the hotel needs some enhancements. it looks like reception is not always staffed. the carpets and general maintenance in the corridors need attention. small fixes would increase the value.

amazing staff fantastic service great view
The staff was amazing. They were not able to do enough for us. Service here was just fantastic. We even got ice lollies during the warm afternoon. The location also had a great view.
The television in my room had no smart link functionality. It definitely needs an upgrade soon. There also needs to be mugs in the room, not just cups.

Acceptable stay with some issues
poor soundproofing untidy gym
The breakfast was acceptable. It was hot and tasty enough (i appreciated the variety).
The soundproofing was lacking. I was disturbed by repetitive slamming doors, and banging in general. The gym was untidy, and there was no power. I had to report it to reception, and they did not apologize.
